The two historians disagree about how much Charles behaved like a tyrant (a ruler who uses power in a cruel or unfair way). Which historian do you agree with more, and why?

- What you know about absolutism (a system of government where the king has total control over the country, and makes all decisions himself).
- Which historian you agree with more and why.
